Comfort Bible Verses from Psalms

We often find a great deal of comfort in simply being reminded of what we already know: God is good, just, and loving. That's what these comfort bible verses do for us. Isaiah 49:15 Can a mother forget the baby at her breast and have no compassion on the child she has borne? Though she may forget, I will not forget you! This is not a contrast between physical and spiritual realities as much as it is between temporal and eternal realities. 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18 Now we do not want you to be uninformed, brothers and sisters, about those who are asleep, so that you will not grieve like the rest who have no hope. For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, so also we believe that God will bring with him those who have fallen asleep as Christians.
